Other than an overall new look and feel to our website there are many new features we have included into our new site. Here are some of the key additions:

1. Online Lesson Plans and Evaluations
Whether you have experience or this is your first time bartending we have a course designed specifically for you. And now all of your lesson plans and evaluations can be taken online. Once you become a member of BarCareers you can log on to your account and access all of your lessons. Feel free to review any lesson and retake any evaluation at anytime.

2. Job Bulletin Board
New bartending positions become available all of the time. Your personal job bulletin board will alert you to any positions that fit your specific criteria. You can select up to three different search locations and three different establishment types. When jobs become available that fit your criteria they will be posted to your job bulletin board.

3. Online Drink Database
This feature will allow you to search for drinks in several different ways. You can search for drinks by name or ingredient. With the help of our members this database is constantly evolving. Submit your own drink, if it is not already in our database it will be added and you will get credit for the drink.

4. Featured Bartender
Everyday a new member of BarCareers will be featured on our website. This will allow candidates with good qualifications extra exposure to our affiliate establishments who are searching for bartenders.

5. Poll Question
Find out what other people feel about various bartending topics. Every week a new poll question will be put on our site. Voice your opinion and see if others agree.

6. Fun Zone
Keep up on the latest industry news or find a fun drinking game or bar joke. This section of our site is meant to expand your bartending knowledge and customer service skills. You can also follow blogs of industry insiders who will give you a behind the scenes look at some of the hottest bars across the nation.
